Live chat works great love the perk of having instant messaging with a professional advisor. In addition to that all traders have a designated account manager that guides them through account set up and trades. John cooper is my account manager and besides for managing the ins and outs of my account we have our weekly phone calls of market analysis and new trend talk.. my absolute favorite.
All together I'm happy with the firm and my trading results, i would say that the trading platform can use an update on speed but its nothing too serious.
