I know trading can be a stressful topic for me and rightfully so. The market is volatile, one day the value of the asset goes up and one day it goes down. Honestly, we never really know what to expect. One thing that has helped me tremendously is making a trading schedule. My personal account manager has helped me with this and it’s been a lifesaver. I now have set times where I enter and check the market and set times where I am not checking the market. This helps me not waste my time for one and for two not waste my money. Which for me is the most important. My recommendation to all traders is to get help from a professional who can help you build a schedule that is right for you.
