Being a beginner trader is not a smooth process. I came in with tons of questions and doubts and I was hesitant the whole way through. I didn’t know whether I was making the right decisions and whether I was working with a reputable company. I couldn’t necessarily rely on all the customer reviews as much as I wanted to. Although each and every review was a positive one, I needed to see for myself. My assigned personal account manager was Sean Kean and I owe it all to him. He went through every single detail I was missing and filled me in, to the maximum of his ability. It was an honor that I had such a knowledgeable and educated professional assigned as my account manager. He didn’t put any sort of pressure on me or try to scam me being that I was a beginner and didn’t fully understand the market, rather he was kind and helpful every step of the way and I can’t thank him enough for that.
