I placed a withdrawal request and didn’t hear anything back for several days. In the meantime, the money in my wallet mysteriously disappeared. After waiting a week without any information or resolution, I contacted support through the email in my bio (EMAIL IN MY BIO), and they assisted me in recovering the funds.
Though I appreciate the eventual help, the silence and delay were concerning. For a smoother user experience, quicker responses and better communication are definitely needed moving forward.
