I have found this company to be one with different values and interests. Many trading firms today are hard to trust being that customers have been scammed or withdrawals have not been completed easily. SydneyFX gave me a different view on trading. They are there to help with any tech issues and are quick this way you are not losing out on a trading opportunity. I am an actual client and have received their help various times. In addition, I have my account manager, Francis Fischer to guide me and navigate me in the right direction of trades. I’m not the most tech-savvy but thankfully the trading platform of this firm is easily readable. In terms of efficiency, I have experienced only one tech issue which was resolved quickly through the 24 hr chat option.
