After several phone calls with this firm, I was finally assigned an account manager. Sean Kean asked of my trading interests, in which direction I was headed, what goals I had in mind, and so forth. Once he went through the basics with me, I was able to go through the questions I needed to be answered. I found it difficult to put my trust in them after I heard many horror stories of scams. I figured it was a matter of time until they gained my trust. Sean was understanding and patient, didn’t push me out of my comfort zone but rather waited until I was ready in order to move forward. I believe I found the right firm to trade with and I hope I will see good results over time.
