Melissa Southall of the Immigration Team is just fantastic.The support that she provided to me in submitting my application to renew my visa was amazing.With Covid-19 applications were quite different in terms of how they were done but she was always there to offer her help and advice.Such a credit to the firm.Her professionalism and knowledge of her field always shines through but most of her her genuine care for her clients is what keeps us going back to her to handle our matters.
