We have booked a holiday in August 2025 and paid a 25% deposit. We want to pay the remaining amount but the booking reference number we give (from their booking email ) does not exist in their booking site. We cannot contact Sykes at all through any means despite several attempts as it always comes up that the booking reference does not exist. We do not know if the booking has been confirmed or not so so not know if we will be going on holiday in August. Terrible company to deal with.
