I wanted to restore all my files from one, very-old, Dell lap-top, where the screen and the VGA socket were no longer working, to another Dell of the same model. This was done quickly and efficiently, after a full explanation of what my options were. When I got the "new" one back, the wi-fi was switched off. I did not know there was such a switch. A quick phone call sorted it out. The repairs service of Syn Star (in Rake, just outside Petersfield) has always been excellent.
