Bought Toyota Aygo, the car was advertised as automatic in the advert headline and in the details. They delivered the car at home and shocked to see it was manual with broken gearbox oil leaking. When the issue was raised to Synetiq, they suggested that the buyer should have checked the photos. But there were no pictures of the pedals or gear knob to confirm the transmission type. Synetiq refused to accept their mistake and been very rude.
Also bought a Fiesta which was described as run & drive. But in real timing belt was snapped.
