I was very impressed with " Matt" he was very patient with me when asking about potentially faulty goods which as it turned out I didn't even purchase from them, always returning my e-mails .
When I did order a replacement through them it was cost effective and was delivered on time.
If I ever need this sort of product again would use SystemSat
