Unfortunately, immediately after buying a standard definition satellite receiver to watch French television I learned that French Standard definition broadcasts were being discontinued in favour of high definition. This meant that although my newly purchased receiver was perfectly OK it was now of no use to me.
I contacted support@systemsat.co.uk for assistance and found them to be excellent. They responded to my e-mails promptly, assured me that a full repayment would be made, simply because I no longer wanted the receiver rather than because of any fault. They kept me informed of the procedure and made a full repayment once the receiver was returned to them.
They were great. They could not have been more helpful.
I was very impressed and I was grateful for the assistance and the attention that I was given. I will definitely use SystemSat again and will wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
