Item was lost/damaged by Yodel. A replacement was promised next day but was never despatched. Had to cancel client appointment last minute, they were not happy.
Only comment from SystemSat was to agree that Yodel was useless. If you know they are that bad, use a different courier!!
Ordered from a different company, got more cable for less money and guaranteed next day delivery.
