Very informative over the phone, and a nice prompt service.
About the product: One nut was missing (no problem) but I feel that the dish to stand mount should have used wing nuts, to stop the need to carry a spanner with you. A quick visit to the local hardware shop sorted that, but I reckon the makers should have thought about it, when designing the fittings.
