Advice was readily available (and used) when compiling my list of requirments. Once ordered I received immediate confirmation of my order which was followed by frequent updates concerning delivery by the chosen tramsport company, Yodel. I had chosen the free standard delivery and, as before on a previous order, delivery was effecteeed within 2 days of ordering. The only problem encountered was that the menufacturer of the satellite dish had omittted to enclose their instruction page along with all the components. I contacted System Sat and they e-mailed me a pdf of the instructions within 10 minutes. What more can you ask for.
