I ordered a SAC 3-way splitter which arrived on time, but all the terminal screws were so tight they could not be unscrewed to to extent that one pin head sheared off. When I contacted System Sat and told them they promptly sent out a replacement splitter without any problem. I was very pleased and happy with the attitude and response with this companies service and after sales service especially on such a small low value item.I would certainly use them again and recommend them based I my experience with them
