Purchased CCTV camera was unable to connect to network drive for reasons unknown. No response to any e-mails sent and when called would always say they would call back (but never did). Had to request a refund through the PayPal buyer protection scheme but without this I fear I would still be waiting (and waiting and waiting) for a response.
