I had problems with my LNB so I contacted System SAT and told them what I thought the problem might be and they were very helpful and suggested that I should purchase a new LNB and also suggested a new dish which I thought was a good idea as the one I had was quite old and if I was going to climb up to the top of the roof I did not want to do it twice as I am 76 years old now the package arrived in less than 24hrs from ordering i have fitted it and everything is working fine so thank you SystemSAT will be using you again
