I apologise if I have got this wrong as I went to several sites.It would have helped if your quoted price had +vat alongside. before going through the ordering process to find out.Price for the same item elsewhere was what I was looking for. Ordering online apart from that was simple, I was contacted by email from your staff because the item was not going to be sent without my phone number which I now realise was sensible as you need it for efficient delivery. No problem with delivery.You don't get 5 stars until you go beyond normal service and unfortunately that only shows when something goes wrong.Feel free to edit this for your home page but don't alter it's sense.
