Whilst your service and range of products appears to have been good, the same cannot be said for your choice of carrier. I can see from the tracking web site that the goods reached CityLink's Plymouth depot on Tuesday 14th, however they have still to reach me just 15 miles away. With the snowfall overnight 17th/18th it is now unlikely that I will recieve the items before next Wednesday when I leave to travel to Corby for Xmas.\n\nHad I known that your carrier was to be City Link, I would not have ordered from you in the first place, as they have a very bad reputation for deliveries in this area. Whilst your service may be good (and hence the 4 stars above), whilst you continue to use this carrier I can niether recommend your site nor will I be ordering from it again (and hence the no to the question below.\n\nSuggest switching to Home Delivery Network for this area (no I am not in anyway affiliated/associated with them - they just do exactly what their names says).
