On the 7th of January 2012 I received an email telling me that my order was dispatched and indeed the goods were delivered on- or before the estimated date.\n\nHowever on the 7th of February 2012 I received exactly the same email (dated: 7th of January 2012), but this time "unfortunately" no goods were delivered.\n
