Emails from SSD timely, accurate and informative. Packaging good. Yodel Tracking accurate & timely. Box had been opened prior to my reciept, which does not altogether inspire confidence. White, unmarked courier van, not Yodel. Presented with electronic device for signature before presented with parcel. However, the goods themselves were aok. No problems. No issues.
