I needed a mpeg-4 decoder rather quickly, and I was not able to pay for shipping to Uganda. Ashley was very helpful and helped me pay, and arranged that the correct decoder was picked by courier on my behalf. In only two days, I had the decoder up and running in Kampala. Brilliant service!
