so far t4trade has been great, but they need to speed things up. Payments are a big factor in deciding for a broker and I know that they are very good, but my last payout took a bit of a downturn... it took a lot longer than I am used to. Usually, it takes minutes, but this time it took an entire day. But I wanted to try out the bank transfers, so that might have been on me.
