I won't lie accounts were very much confusing at first, andI choose privelege but with the help of support. Now, they did become a little bit better with the update and new stuff. But the update is not full, the whole website needs an update and you guys need to take alll the aspects into account, including members area.
What to keep would be the education, it's one of the best on the net.
