Had a problem with a withdrawal here. Was 'mostly' my fault, wrong bank details entered. Wrote them, they sorted it in about an hour, in Live chat. Not AI for sure, real responses. Am impressed with how they helped it out. They're not t a massive company, maybe thats why they can take time with each client. Didnt feel like just a number or just a 'customer', for once. That counts for something.
