Price is comparable to most brands if not cheaper, delivery in a couple of days, customer service have been helpful on occasions where I have had to adjust focus food. The only downside is that I have found it difficult to change the plan set out for him and to have smaller deliveries as storage is a problem for me. My foxy seems happy on his food but eats the wet and often leaves the dry...maybe he's just too indulged!
