I was introduced to you with my now 2 year old son when he was about 4 months old and not able to put himself to sleep, meaning we would spend a lot of time rocking him at night. Your tips made all the difference and got us back to a sleep-filled nights. We are now using the newborn class with our 2 month old daughter. I bought it when she was 2 weeks old and only sleeping on mom or dad but didn’t get serious about implementing your strategies until the last week or two. Wow - what a difference! She’s sleeping in her bassinet (for most of the night) and is currently in her second long crib nap of the day. It’s seriously life changing to be able to roam around freely with my 2 year old during the day or, during overlapping nap time, have time to get some stuff done or just have me time!
