Amazing! My husband and I took the newborn class before our daughter Ella was born, and it was so so helpful. Thanks to Cara, Ella started sleeping through the night at 8 weeks and continues to do so now at almost 5 months. I also follow Cara on IG and tell my husband “well, Cara says…” at least once a day. So thankful for Taking Cara Babies!
