Taking Cara Babies should be called Taking Cara Mommas! I am a type A person so structure is key to my happiness and well babies just don't offer that. lol This gave me a guide to follow and it allowed me to adjust it to whatever the day had in store. I take my babies to work with me at my family business so know the wake windows and all the other tips are the only reason I did not loose my mind. These courses gave me confidence and knowledge so I could make the best choices for my family and our sleep! Thank you for all you share!!!
