My older son never slept until I read and book and had him cry it out when he was 6 months old. Six MONTHS of sleep deprivation, anger and, worst of all, not enjoying my sweet little baby. I bought the newborn sleep class when I was pregnant with my second child and I am so grateful that I did!! With all that I learned in the course, I was able to successfully (and safely!!) stretch her longest stretch of sleep, enjoy nursing more because it wasn’t a crutch or burden, and best of all enjoy the baby snuggles and wake periods with me baby.
