Used the newborn, 3-4 months, and 5-24 programs. I loved the 5-24 program, but the newborn/3-4 month program did not help us much. Just depends on the baby. We're looking forward to using the 5-24 month program with our send baby. It completely changed our sleeping lives as a family.
