We used the newborn class and 3-4 month ebook with baby #3, after some pretty rough sleep journeys with our first 2 babies. It made all the difference! I am so grateful we used Taking Cara Babies! Putting my baby to sleep is enjoyable and easy now, and he has slept amazing! Would definitely recommend these classes to anyone! Very gentle and customizable for any situation.
