Your course has been one of the best things that happened during our daughter’s first year. Within a few days, she managed to sleep through the whole night (7pm-6am)! We did the training at around 6 months, which I think was ideal as she was quick at adapting. We also went on holidays recently, and she was able to adjust in a couple of nights there and sleep again through the night in her own room. Your help has been great. Your class is not just about the sleep training, we felt an overall support which is amazing.
