I would recommend this program to every parent! It gave me some guidance and actual steps/tips on how to adhere to a “schedule” without being on a strict time schedule. It took the pressure off and taught me how to follow my own baby’s needs. We are at 7 months and for our family this program was life changing! And we are all getting good sleep, which is the BEST!!
