I was gifted the newborn class which helped tremendously being a first time mom. I then purchased the ABC’S of sleep and within 5 days my 5 month old was night weaned and sleeping through the night. If you’re debating purchasing one of Cara’s classes, stop wasting time and just do it. Your baby and life will be better for it.
