I cant say enough good things about Taking Cara Babies. I learned about her from a friend with my first and was hesitant to pay for the newborn class, but after 2 months of little to no sleep I went for it and was SO glad I did. I learned so much about newborns and sleep, more than any book (or late night Google search haha) that I read. It was a game changer for us and our, now, two children! I also ended up doing the ABCs of Sleep with my second because I just needed a little extra support and was also very pleased with the outcome. I refer to Cara to all my friends as, “my gal Cara”.
