This class saved my mental health I swear! When I had my baby I didn’t know what kind of day or night schedule by baby should have, when I should feed him, or what he might really need from me and I had horrible postpartum anxiety over it! I had lost all the joy of having a baby. After I took this class I finally felt like I had a good idea of what my baby needed from me and my whole perspective on life changed! He has been a great sleeper since 2 months old thanks to this class! I get plenty of sleep most nights and he goes down so easy! And I feel like I can be a much better momma when I am well rested and happy.
