Where do I start? I’m so thankful to the Lord for Cara’s wisdom! Every night when I lay my 9 month baby girl down, I’m so happy that I know she’ll get 10-12 hours of precious sleep. She encourages you to use your mama instinct, and savor those cuddles 💕 It takes discipline on my part as well, as I learn from Cara through the courses and Instagram stories and the blog, what the focus is and what’s really important. That helps so much for me to have a clear direction and cut stress! It’s just been a blessing. It’s so fun! Thank you Cara!
