So glad a good friend of mine pointed me in the direction of taking cara babies! My first child was a great sleeper but had a hard time falling asleep. Her sleep training courses saved my sanity at bedtime and gave my daughter the skills she needs to fall asleep even now as a toddler. My 4.5 month old son is also learning to self soothe to sleep so much better thanks to all the sleep training prep courses. So glad to be getting my uninterrupted sleep back ❤️
