I cannot say enough great things about Taking Cara Babies! I recommend the classes to every new mom I know. As a first time mom I was very overwhelmed with all the random articles and advice that I found on the internet. I wasn’t sure what was fact or opinion and it was stressful. I was given the newborn class as a gift from a friend and I finally found information that I could trust and was effective! I now have an amazing 8 month old who sleeps like a dream at night and for naps. It really is important to start good sleep habits as soon as possible but also to understand what is going on with your baby developmentally so you can have peace of mind and encouragement when things don’t go smoothly or as expected!
