I recommend Taking Cara Babies to all Mommas. My little guy was waking up every hour before I started the course and life was hard. The process was painless, gentle and felt right in my heart. The baby is sleeping 11-12 hrs a night, we both wake up happy and energetic.
I also highly recommend the consultation call, it answered my questions and allowed me to adjust the plan to my family's lifestyle.
The customer service was also fantastic, I initially purchased the wrong course and got a refund as soon as I emailed the team.
