I fully support everything Cara teaches! I wish I would I have bought the class months ago! My 1 year old was waking 10-15 times a night and after night 3 of TakingCaraBabies, he was sleeping 10-12 hours a night without waking. It’s been a couple months now and he’s still sleeping through the night!
