I initially thought the class was kind of expensive, but after my baby started sleeping through the night five nights in, I decided Cara could have all my money!!
I thought the videos were high quality and well-done. I also appreciated how they were broken up into short chunks because I was able to immediately jump to the section I most needed and come back the others later.
