We decided to buy the Taking Cara Babies classes after seeing our friends use it with their daughter. We were amazed at how well she slept, and how simple and meaningful their bedtime routine was. I put off buying the class for a while after our daughter was born, because I was learning so much just from the blog and the resources on Instagram, but I eventually purchased it, and she went from a 4-5 hour stretch at night to 7+ hour stretches overnight when we started using what we learned from the course! We love that this method is gentle and responsive to our baby's needs and doesn't require us to let her cry it out. It also helps us understand her needs better!
