We started this class at 3 months and it has made such a difference in ours and our little Ezra's sleep! He went from being fed/rocked to sleep- to know a month later, falling asleep independently and sleeping in his own crib! It has been such a practical tool and so easy to follow. We are so thankful we started this now, so we don't have to suffer through any cry it out methods!
