We were lost and exhausted with our third and last baby. I finally surrendered to needing outside help when he was 7 months old and bought ABCs of Sleep. He was waking up 4-6 times and nursing 3 times overnight when we started. Having a confident approach for both my husband and myself made all the difference. We loved being able to customize to keep a dream feed for a little while. By night 5, he was putting himself back to sleep within 5 minutes each wake up. On night 8, we didn’t hear a peep.
