Purchased this out of desperation at 3am while sitting with my 2 week old who would not sleep during the night. As a first time parent this course SAVED us. I learned so much not only about sleep but how to soothe my baby as well. He’s 7 weeks now and sleeps a long four hour stretch followed by waking every 3 hours to eat. Once we put him down he might wake up 1-2 times within the first hour but what I learned in this course gets him right back to sleep on his own with little intervention. I wish I would have went ahead and bought the bundle cause I will be purchasing the next course as well
