Game changer! Started during the 4 month sleep regression and wish I had known of this class sooner! My now 27 month old puts himself to sleep at night and sleeps all night. We still struggle sometimes with early wake-up’s but we follow the plan and he stays in his crib until 6 am. Thank you Cara!
