If you’re on the fence about buying.. DO IT! Pricey but absolutely worth it! I had my daughter in 2020, and aside from the first few weeks she was an amazing sleeper! But a few months ago that changed. Bedtime became brutal every single night. Tears, yelling, and up for hours. I’ve been following taking Cara babies on Instagram ever since she was born and have implemented a lot of the advice she gives out. Her toddler class couldn’t have come at a better time for our family. We hadn’t even finished the course yet and it changed everything for the better! You learn so much! Cara is a lifesaver!!
